For the Supply of our Solar Products and Systems such as Solar Panels, Batteries, Inverters & EV Car Chargers.

1.  Definitions:

1.1 Renewpower Ltd. is established in Ireland (CRO No. 755726) and trades on its website www.renewpowersystems.ie

1.2 Customer:

Any natural or legal person or entity who enters into an agreement with Renewpower Ltd. to purchase products and systems.

1.3 Products:

Solar Panels, Batteries, Inverters, Electric Vehicle (EV) Car Chargers and accessories that Renewpower Ltd. supplies.
1.4 Agreement:

The purchase agreement between Renewpower Ltd. and the Customer for the sale and delivery of products.

1.5 Installation:

Renewpower Ltd. is a Wholesaler, Importer & Distributor of Solar Products and Systems for Manufacturers and is NOT  an INSTALLER of products that we sell.

Product selection for configuration in a household or industrial setting is ultimately the decision of the Customer and Customers must consider fully Manufacturers'

Product Data Sheets, Specifications etc. relevant to products and systems ordered from Renewpower Ltd.

We can facilitate this decision process with our Vendor Technical Support Network but do not recommend product and system combinations and configurations.

2.  Conclusion of the Agreement:

2.1 An agreement is concluded as soon as the customer places an order via Renewpower Ltd.'s webshop, by email, by phone or confirms and / or signs a written 

quotation and Renewpower Ltd. confirms this order in writing or digitally usually by emailing a Sales Order Document to Renewpower Ltd.

2.2 The Customer has the right to cancel the agreement free of charge until the time of collection or delivery of product except in specially ordered products.

2.3 Renewpower Ltd. reserves the right to provide an equivalent or better product in the event of unforeseen circumstances.

3.  Price and Payment:

3.1 All prices stated on our website and in quotations, orders and invoices EXCLUDE VAT. VAT IS ALWAYS SHOWN SEPARATELY on QUOTATIONS, ORDERS & INVOICES.

3.2 Customers must pay their invoices in advance of collection or delivery of product(s) from Renewpower Ltd’s warehouses BY BANK TRANSFER 

to Renewpower Ltd's. Bank A/c unless Trade Terms are specifically agreed between Renewpower Ltd. and the customer generally and / or for specific 

transaction(s), which will be stated on Renewpower Ltds.' Invoice to customer.

Shipping Costs will generally be quoted separately and VAT calculated and shown separately too. 

3.3 Renewpower Ltd. reserves the right to suspend deliveries until full payment has been received.

4.  Delivery and Installation

5.  Warranty and Liability:

5.1 Solar Panels, Inverters, Batteries, EV Chargers and Accessories are covered by the Manufacturer's Warranty per their relevant product data sheet for same product 

purchased from Renewpower Ltd.

5.2 Renewpower Ltd. is not liable for damage caused by external factors such as lightning strikes, vandalism or improper use of products.

6.  Right of Withdrawal:

6.1 The costs for return shipping are borne by the customer, unless Renewpower Ltd. has made a mistake in the delivery.

6.2 Custom-made products and specially ordered battery systems are excluded from the right of withdrawal.

7.  Force Majeure:

7.1 Renewpower Ltd. is not liable for delays or damages due to force majeure, including strikes, natural disasters, transportation problems or changes in laws and regulations.

8.  Applicable Law and Disputes:
